1. Order Cancellation
1a. Before Order Confirmation
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement if the restaurant has not yet started preparing the food.
- To cancel, please use the “Cancel Order” option in the app or contact our Customer Support at 090777719.
1b. After Order Confirmation
- Once a restaurant has accepted and started preparing your order, cancellations are not guaranteed.
- If you still wish to cancel, contact our Customer Support team. We will try to accommodate your request, but refunds may not be possible once food preparation is underway.
2. Returns and Refunds
As food items are perishable, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we understand that issues can occur, and we’ll make it right in the following situations:
2a. Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order:
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
- Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
2b. Food Quality Issues
If you believe the food was spoiled, contaminated, or not up to standard:
- Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and details for quality review.
- If verified, we will issue a full or partial refund or a voucher for a future order.
2c. Delivery Issues
If your order was delayed, not delivered, or delivered to the wrong address due to our error:
- Contact Customer Support immediately.
- We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a full refund or redelivery.
2d. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
